20 Years experience in private medical practice

I am Monique, and have 20 years experience in private medical practice: My experience and knowledge has learned me the greatest level of empathy and the dignity that our loved ones are in dire need of.

My families own path: 

In 2024, my eldest daughter was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS), but also in May 2024 my father was diagnosed with Bone marrow cancer and passed away in Aug 2024. Oct 2025 my eldest daughter was diagnosed with a life-threatening disease and underwent a long cycle of medicine treatments.

Knowledge and experience, but not limited to:

• Persons with hearing aids and hearing disabilities
• GP practice and patient management, administration and Chronic Illness management
• Eldery and sick individuals
• Assisting with Home-based Post-operative and rehabilitation program

HorizonAssist operates as a life assistance service, complementing but never replacing the duties of health professionals. We provide personalized care and companionship, supported by an established network of medical collaborators when specialized intervention is required.
